Ingredients/Components
- cooked squash
- diced cheese - 1 c
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- melted butter - 3 Tbsp
- beaten egg - 1 item
- chopped pimento - 2 Tbsp
- parsley - 2 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- scalded milk - 1 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
How to make squash casserole:
Put butter in hot milk and melt. Add bread cubes. Add remaining ingredients and place in casserole dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake until firm at 350°.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
