Chocolate zucchini bread

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 1 Tbsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• baking powder - 1/4 tsp
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• vegetable oil - 1 c
• all-purpose flour
• baking cocoa - 1/2 c
• shredded, peeled zucchini - 2 c

How to make chocolate zucchini bread:

In a mixing bowl, beat eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla. Stir in zucchini. Combine dry ingredients; add to zucchini mixture and mix well. Pour into two greased 8 x 4 x 2-inch loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until bread tests done. Yield: 2 loa
