Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- stick margarine - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- zucchini - 4 c
- Stove Top stuffing mix
How to make zucchini casserole:
Cube zucchini; cook in salted water for 15 minutes. Drain and set aside. In a skillet, melt margarine; add onion and saute. Add cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, 1/2 Stove Top stuffing mix and zucchini; mix well. Pour into casserole dish; top with remaining stuffing crumbs.
