Ingredients/Components
- melted butter - 1/4 c
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 oz
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- carrots, grated - 2 item
- seasoned bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- yellow squash, sliced - 2 lb
How to make squash casserole:
Cook squash in small amount of water until tender. Drain well and mash. Add salt and pepper. Combine soup, carrots, onion, sour cream and butter, blending well. Add squash, stirring gently. Alternate layers of squash, mixture and bread crumbs in greaRecipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
