Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 4 oz
- stick margarine - 1 item
- medium onion - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- squash - 3 c
- prepared stuffing Pepperidge Farm - 1 c
How to make squash casserole:
Boil squash until tender and drain. Mix all ingredients together in a casserole dish. Add melted stick of butter. Pour on extra cup of stuffing on top after mixing or crushed Ritz crackers. Bake at 400° for 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
