Ingredients/Components
- cooked squash - 2 c
- milk, scalded - 1 c
- margarine - 3 Tbsp
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- diced Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- pimento, diced - 4 Tbsp
- diced onions - 2 3
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
How to make squash casserole:
Drain squash. Scald milk and butter. Beat eggs slightly. Mix all ingredients together. Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole. Bake at 375° for 35 to 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
