Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 pt
- carrots, grated - 2 item
- onions, chopped - 2 item
- stick melted butter - 1 item
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- yellow squash - 3 lb
- Pepperidge Farm herb dressing
How to make squash casserole:
Cook first three ingredients in a small amount of salted water and drain. Mix sour cream and soup with vegetables. Add butter to dressing. Layer dressing, then squash in buttered casserole dish and finish with dressing. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
