Squash casserole
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- stick margarine - 3/4 item
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- grated cheese - 1 c
- cooked squash - 2 c
- saltine cracker crumbs - 1 c
- corn bread stuffing - 1 c
- chopped onion, cooked with squash - 1 c
How to make squash casserole:
Combine all ingredients (except squash) and mix well. Mix with squash and pour into a greased dish. Bake at 375° for about 40 minutes.Note: Cook squash and onion until tender; drain well.
