Chicken pie



  • milk - 1 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • plain flour
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • chicken broth
  • chicken, cooked and deboned - 1 item

How to make chicken pie:

Topping:1 c. plain flour2 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. pepper1 c. milk1 stick margarine Cut up chicken and put in a casserole dish. Combine soup and broth; pour over chicken.

Mix dry ingredients well. Add milk and melted margarine. Pour over chicken. Bake at 425° for 35 to 40 minutes or until brown.
