Squash casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- minced onion - 1 Tbsp
- Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix - 3/4 c
- sliced squash - 1 item
- carrot slivers for color - 1 item
How to make squash casserole:
Cook squash in boiling water until barely tender. Drain well. Add chicken soup, sour cream and onion and mix well. Sprinkle 1/2 of herb mix on bottom of casserole. Add squash mixture and sprinkle remaining stuffing mix on top. Dot with butter and cheese. Bake, uncovered, in buttered dish at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
