Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- grated cheese - 1 c
- crushed corn flakes - 2 c
- minced onion - 2 Tbsp
- stick melted margarine - 1 item
- frozen Southern style hash browns, thawed - 2 lb
How to make potato casserole:
Mix thawed hash browns, 1/2 stick margarine, salt, pepper, onion, soup, sour cream and cheese. Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix 1/2 stick margarine with corn flakes and sprinkle on top. Bake for 45 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
