Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- medium carrot - 1 item
- stewed squash and onion - 2 c
- Pepperidge Farm stuffing or cracker crumbs - 1 pkg
- can cream of chicken soup undiluted or 1 can chicken mushroom soup - 1 item
How to make squash casserole:
Butter casserole dish. Put a thin layer of stuffing in bottom of dish. Mix remaining ingredients and pour into casserole. Sprinkle stuffing on top and dot with butter. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
