Squash casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- stick oleo - 1 item
- can water chestnuts - 1 item
- large onion - 1 item
- squash - 2 lb
- Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing mix - 1 pkg
- small jar pimentos, finely chopped - 1 item
How to make squash casserole:
Cook squash and onion to taste. Drain. Line bottom of casserole with 1/2 the stuffing mix. Mix squash with remaining ingredients. Top with remaining stuffing mix. Melt oleo and drizzle over stuffing mix. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
