Ingredients/Components
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- margarine - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- cheese, grated - 1 c
- Ritz cracker crumbs - 1 c
- squash, cooked - 3 c
How to make squash casserole:
Mix cooked squash, soup, onion, cheese, beaten eggs, salt and pepper and cracker crumbs. Pour into a buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole. Top with additional crushed crumbs and dot with margarine. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until brown.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
