Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- margarine - 3 Tbsp
- grated cheese - 1 c
- cracker crumbs - 1 c
- medium onion, grated - 1 item
- can cream of broccoli soup - 1 item
- squash, cooked and mashed - 2 c
How to make squash casserole:
In large bowl, mix melted margarine and cracker crumbs. Add onion, eggs, soup and cheese. Stir in squash. Salt and pepper to taste. Top with grated cheese or buttered crumbs. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until firm.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
