Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- small onions, finely chopped - 2 item
- stick margarine, softened - 1 item
- Pepperidge Farm stuffing
- yellow summer squash, chopped
How to make squash casserole:
Steam squash and onions until tender. Drain very well. Combine soup, sour cream, cheese and squash. Add margarine to stuffing mix. In a casserole dish, alternate layers of stuffing and squash, beginning and ending with stuffing mix.
