Squash casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 item
- small onion, finely chopped - 1 item
- mushroom soup - 1 c
- Pepperidge Farm dressing - 1 pkg
- or 5 squash, boiled until tender - 4 item
How to make squash casserole:
Slice squash. Add onion, soup and sour cream. Pour dressing in casserole, saving some for topping. Pour squash mixture on top of dressing and top with reserved dressing. Top with cheese and bake 35 minutes in a 350° oven.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
