Potato casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- melted margarine - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- frozen hash brown potatoes - 2 lb
- undiluted cream of chicken soup - 1 c
- crushed corn flakes mixed with 1/4 c - 2 c
How to make potato casserole:
Heat oven to 350. Thaw potatoes. Combine with rest of ingredients except corn flakes. Sprinkle buttered corn flakes on top. Use large, flat Pyrex dish or 3 quart casserole dish. Bake approximately 30 to 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
