Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- margarine - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- carrot, grated - 1 item
- yellow squash fresh, frozen or canned - 2 c
- Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned crumbs - 1 pkg
How to make squash supreme:
Mash squash, add soup, sour cream, carrot, salt and pepper. Butter casserole, sprinkle layer of crumbs in bottom. Add squash mixture. Cover with remaining crumbs and generous dots of margarine. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Squash, Side dish.
