Squash casserole
Ingredients/Components
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- melted butter - 3 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 3 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- cracker crumbs - 1 c
- milk, scalded - 1 c
- pimento, chopped - 3 Tbsp
- cooked yellow squash
- sharp cheese, diced - 1 c
How to make squash casserole:
Combine all ingredients, except milk and butter. Scald milk and butter together and stir into mixture. Pour into greased 6 x 12-inch baking dish and bake for 1 hour at 350°. Serves 8.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
