Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- melted butter - 2 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 2/3 c
- cracker crumbs - 1 c
- can cream-style corn - 1 item
- can whole corn - 1 item
How to make escalloped corn:
Combine all ingredients except eggs and milk. Mix well. Fold milk into beaten eggs, then fold into rest of ingredients. Pour into greased casserole. Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes or until set.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Corn.
