  • milk - 1 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • melted butter - 2 Tbsp
  • chopped onion - 1/4 c
  • chopped celery - 1/2 c
  • chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 2/3 c
  • cracker crumbs - 1 c
  • can cream-style corn - 1 item
  • can whole corn - 1 item

How to make escalloped corn:

Combine all ingredients except eggs and milk. Mix well. Fold milk into beaten eggs, then fold into rest of ingredients. Pour into greased casserole. Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes or until set.
