Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- stick margarine - 1 item
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- medium onions, chopped fine - 2 item
- squash
- can water chestnuts, sliced - 1 item
How to make squash casserole:
Melt margarine and add stuffing mix and put about 3/4 stuffing mix into 2-quart pan. Cook squash until tender (steam). Mix squash with sour cream, onions, soup and water chestnuts.
