Ingredients/Components

  • grated carrot - 1 item
  • grated cheese - 1/2 1
  • medium onion - 1 item
  • pepper to taste - 1 item
  • salt to taste - 1 item
  • squash - 2 lb
  • small sour cream - 1 item
  • bag Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix - 1/2 item
  • can crem of chicken soup or 1 can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item

How to make squash casserole:

Boil squash until tender; drain off all water. Place in baking dish and mix in carrots and onion (chopped). Put salt, pepper and dots of butter on top. Add chicken or mushroom soup mixed with sour cream. Mix all together. Place Pepperidge Farm stuffing on top. Sprinkle on cheese. Bake at 350° about 20 minutes.
