Ingredients/Components
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- pimento
- small carton sour cream - 1 item
- medium onion, grated - 1 item
- cooked squash - 4 c
- Pepperidge Farm stuffing herbs - 1 pkg
How to make squash casserole:
Mix squash, chicken soup, onion, pimento and sour cream. Melt 3/4 stick oleo in skillet; add about 1/2 package Pepperidge Farm stuffing; sauteed. Line baking dish with buttered stuffing (save 1/2 crumbs for top). Pour mixture in and cover with balance of crumbs. Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
