Ingredients/Components
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- chopped onion - 4 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- cracker crumbs - 1 c
- cheese, grated - 1 c
- cooked squash - 2 c
- garlic salt optional - 1/4 tsp
How to make squash casserole:
Cook squash and onion until tender. Add butter and let melt. Add other ingredients. Pour into well-greased casserole dish. Bake at 350° for approximately 1 hour or until brown.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
