Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 1/2
- stick butter - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- large chopped onion - 1 item
- small jar pimento - 1 item
- yellow squash - 2 lb
- Pepperidge Farm bread mix - 1 pkg
How to make squash casserole:
Cook and drain squash. Melt butter. Mix butter into bread mix. Set aside. (Combine squash, onion, soup and sour cream.) Mix together. Add half of butter and bread mixture. Blend. Add remaining mixture on top. Bake in oven 45 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
