Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 1 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • margarine - 1/2 c
  • oleo - 2 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • crushed cornflakes - 1/2 c
  • small onion - 1 item
  • frozen hash browns - 1 pkg
  • can Cheddar cheese soup - 1 item
  • can evaporated milk not diluted - 1 oz

How to make potatoes romanoff:

Thaw potatoes; spread over 9 x 12-inch baking dish. Top with cornflakes and margarine. In saucepan, saute onion in 2 tablespoons oleo. Stir in soups, milk, sour cream, salt and pepper. Bake for 50 minutes.
