Potatoes romanoff
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- margarine - 1/2 c
- oleo - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- crushed cornflakes - 1/2 c
- small onion - 1 item
- frozen hash browns - 1 pkg
- can Cheddar cheese soup - 1 item
- can evaporated milk not diluted - 1 oz
How to make potatoes romanoff:
Thaw potatoes; spread over 9 x 12-inch baking dish. Top with cornflakes and margarine. In saucepan, saute onion in 2 tablespoons oleo. Stir in soups, milk, sour cream, salt and pepper. Bake for 50 minutes.Recipe categories: Potato, Main dish, Casseroles.
