Ingredients/Components
- flour - 6 Tbsp
- eggs, beaten - 6 item
- Velveeta cheese - 1/2 lb
- cottage cheese - 3 c
- frozen chopped spinach - 2 pkg
- oleo, cut in chunks - 1/4 lb
How to make spinach souffle:
Cook spinach according to microwave directions. Drain. Cut cheese in chunks. Combine with the rest of the ingredients. Stir. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Stir once during the baking time. Serves 10 to 12 people.Recipe categories: Low calorie, Side dish, Vegetables.
