Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 8 oz
- stick butter - 1 item
- grated carrot - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- onion - 1 item
- Pepperidge Farm stuffing - 2 c
- yellow squash, cooked - 2 lb
How to make yellow squash casserole:
Mix stuffing and butter together. Place half of stuffing in pan. Add carrot, squash, sour cream, soup, onion, sugar and salt and pepper to taste. Place the rest of stuffing and butter on top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Low calorie, Cheese.
