  • frozen, chopped spinach, defrosted, but not drained - 1 (9

How to make spinach souffle:

Beat eggs with flour. Add spinach, cottage cheese, Cheddar cheese, butter, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Pour into a 1 1/2-quart greased casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 55 to 60 minutes or until set.
