- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- stick margarine - 3/4 item
- evaporated milk - 1 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 c
- grated cheese - 1 c
- cracker crumbs - 2 c
- cooked squash - 2 c
How to make yellow squash casserole:
Mash cooked squash. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Pour into a greased baking dish and bake at 375° for approximately 45 minutes. Yields 6 ample servings.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Low calorie, Cheese.
