Creamed spinach



  • milk - 1/3 c
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • flour
  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • small onion - 1 item
  • pepper and nutmeg - 1/8 tsp
  • 303 can spinach, drained and chopped

How to make creamed spinach:

Melt butter in saucepan. Add onion and saute until tender. Add flour and seasonings. Stir in milk. Cook until thickened and smooth. Add spinach and heat.
