Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/3 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- small onion - 1 item
- pepper and nutmeg - 1/8 tsp
- 303 can spinach, drained and chopped
How to make creamed spinach:
Melt butter in saucepan. Add onion and saute until tender. Add flour and seasonings. Stir in milk. Cook until thickened and smooth. Add spinach and heat.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low calorie, Low Carb.
