Spinach dip
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- can sliced water chestnuts - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- bunch green onions - 1 item
- chopped frozen spinach, thaw and squeeze dry - 1 pkg
- Knorr Swiss vegetable mix - 1 pkg
How to make spinach dip:
Soften cream cheese. Add vegetable mix, chopped sliced water chestnuts and 3/4 cup chopped green onions and add to mixture along with remaining ingredients. Mix and refrigerate 1 hour.Serve with fresh carrots, celery, radishes, cherry tomatoes and cucumbers.
