Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 1 oz
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • can sliced water chestnuts - 1 item
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • bunch green onions - 1 item
  • chopped frozen spinach, thaw and squeeze dry - 1 pkg
  • Knorr Swiss vegetable mix - 1 pkg

How to make spinach dip:

Soften cream cheese. Add vegetable mix, chopped sliced water chestnuts and 3/4 cup chopped green onions and add to mixture along with remaining ingredients. Mix and refrigerate 1 hour.

Serve with fresh carrots, celery, radishes, cherry tomatoes and cucumbers.
