- cold water - 10 c
- dark brown sugar - 1 item
- whipping cream - 1/2 c
- 3-inch cinnamon sticks - 3 item
- vanilla bean - 1 item
- dark roasted ground coffee - 3/4 c
How to make mexican coffee:
Place cinnamon and vanilla in coffeepot. Brew coffee according to coffeepot manufacturer, using the cold water. Discard grounds. Whip the cream, adding brown sugar to taste until stiff. Pour coffee into cup; top with whipped cream.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Drinks, Cocktails.
