Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 2 oz
  • milk - 1 item
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • dry mustard - 1 tsp
  • paprika - 1 item
  • Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
  • mayonnaise
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • shredded Cheddar cheese, divided - 1 c
  • shakes garlic salt - 3 item
  • can fresh crabmeat - 1 lb

How to make hot crab dip:

Combine and mix well the first 7 ingredients, 1/2 cup cheese, garlic salt and enough milk to make a creamy mixture. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese and paprika. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, or until brown and bubbly. Serve with a sturdy cracker. Yields 1/2 quart.
