Hot crab dip
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- milk - 1 item
- sour cream - 1 c
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- paprika - 1 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
- mayonnaise
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- shredded Cheddar cheese, divided - 1 c
- shakes garlic salt - 3 item
- can fresh crabmeat - 1 lb
How to make hot crab dip:
Combine and mix well the first 7 ingredients, 1/2 cup cheese, garlic salt and enough milk to make a creamy mixture. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese and paprika. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, or until brown and bubbly. Serve with a sturdy cracker. Yields 1/2 quart.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Crab.
