Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 1 pt
- lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
- can water chestnuts, drained and chopped - 1 oz
- chopped onions - 2 Tbsp
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- envelope dry vegetable soup mix - 1 item
How to make spinach dip:
Mix together soup mix, sour cream, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Stir in spinach and water chestnuts. Chill. Yields about 3 cups. Serve with assorted crackers or remove center of Hawaiian bread and tear into bite size pieces.
