Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 3 tsp
- milk - 1 c
- Ricotta - 1 lb
- Presto flour - 3 c
How to make ricotta balls:
Mix together flour, Ricotta, milk and eggs until fully mixed and stiff. Add sugar and vanilla. Make a ball, drop into hot oil and brown to golden color. Drain on brown paper to absorb grease.
