  • lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
  • can water chestnuts, drained and chopped - 1 item
  • mayonnaise - 1/2 c
  • frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry - 1 pkg
  • envelope Lipton vegetable soup mix - 1 item

How to make spinach dip:

Blend first 4 ingredients in medium bowl. Stir in spinach and water chestnuts. Chill overnight for best flavor.
