Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 16 oz
- lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
- can water chestnuts, drained and chopped - 8 oz
- mayo - 1/2 c
- vegetable soup mix - 1 item
- frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry - 10 oz
How to make spinach dip:
Blend soup mix, sour cream, mayo and lemon juice. Stir in spinach and water chestnuts; chill. Serve with bread cubes in hollowed out loaf of bread or with raw vegetables.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Appetizers, Dips.
