Ingredients/Components
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- American cheese, cubed - 1/2 lb
- pimiento cheese - 1/2 lb
- Roquefort cheese, cubed - 1/4 lb
How to make cheese fondue:
Mix and cook all of these ingredients together over hot water. Work them into a smooth paste and whip them until fluffy. Serve the fondue at once. Goes great with melba toast. Makes about 6 servings.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Appetizers, Cheese.
