Ingredients/Components

• pepper to taste - 1 item
• equal amount mayonnaise - 1 item
• salt to tate - 1 item
• large carton plain yogurt - 1 item
• frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed to drain - 1 pkg
• whole green onion - 1 item

How to make spinach dip:

Put all in blender and process. Serve with vegetables.
