Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 4 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- baking powder - 3 tsp
- sifted flour - 4 c
- 5 oz
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- saved clam juice - 1/2 c
How to make clam fritters:
Sift flour, baking powder, salt and pepper. Combine beaten eggs, clams and milk mixture (milk and clam juice). Add to flour mixture to make thick batter. Deep fry at 360° until golden brown. Serves a gang.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Clams.
