Ingredients/Components
- oil - 1/2 c
- grated zucchini - 3 c
- Bisquick - 1 c
- beaten eggs - 4 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- onion - 1/4 c
- each salt and pepper - 1/2 tsp
- fresh minced parsley - 2 Tbsp
How to make zucchini pie:
Beat all ingredients together, except the eggs and onion. Blend the eggs and onion in a blender, then add to the other mixture. Bake in a greased or buttered pie dish at 350° for 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Italian, European.
