sugar - 2 c
cinnamon - 1 tsp
eggs - 2 item
vanilla - 1 tsp
salt - 1/2 tsp
stick margarine - 1 item
water - 1 c
oil - 1/2 c
soda - 1 tsp
cocoa - 4 Tbsp
buttermilk - 1/2 c
plain flour - 2 c

How to make easy chocolate cake:

In a large saucepan, add margarine, oil, cocoa and water. Bring to a boil, stirring as not to scorch. Take from heat and pour in sugar, sifted with plain flour and stir. Add buttermilk with 1 teaspoon soda stirred in. Add beaten eggs, cinnamon, vanilla and salt. Pour into 9 x 13-inch greased oblong pan. Bake 20 minutes at 400°.
