Ingredients/Components
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- can sliced water chestnuts - 3/4 item
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- frozen, chopped spinach - 1 pkg
- Knorr mixed vegetable soup - 1 pkg
How to make spinach dip:
Thaw spinach; squeeze out all liquid and drain water chestnuts. Mix all ingredients and refrigerate until next day. Serve with crackers.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Appetizers, Dips.
