Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
- seasoned salt - 1 item
- large green pepper - 1 item
- sharp Cheddar cheese, grated - 2 c
- large onion - 1 item
- finely crushed pecans - 1 item
How to make cheese balls:
Set cream cheese out to soften. Mince onion and green pepper very fine. Squeeze out all water. Mix cream cheese, drained pineapple, onion, green pepper and grated cheese. Add seasoned salt to taste (1 1/2 tablespoons). Roll into 2 balls. Roll in nuts. Refrigerate.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Appetizers, Cheese.
