Ingredients/Components

• carton sour cream - 1 oz
• lemon juice - 2 tsp
• mayonnaise - 1 c
• medium onion, chopped - 1 item
• frozen, chopped spinach - 1 (10
• Knorr vegetable soup mix - 1 pkg
• can water chestnuts, chopped - 1 item
• dash hot sauce - 1 item

How to make spinach dip:

Spinach can be cooked or use raw; drain thoroughly. Squeeze all water out of spinach and refrigerate. Mix all ingredients. Keeps well for several days.
