Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 1 oz
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • real mayonnaise - 1 c
  • parsley flakes - 2 Tbsp
  • minced onions dried - 2 Tbsp
  • lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
  • dill weed - 1 Tbsp
  • thyme - 1/4 tsp
  • seasoned salt - 1 tsp
  • garlic optional - 1 tsp

How to make spinach dip:

Mix ingredients all together and cover. Refrigerate for 24 hours. (When draining spinach, try to get as much water out as possible because dip will be too runny otherwise.)

You can serve this with raw vegetables or round pumpernickel bread. Cut a hole in one loaf and put dip in hole. Break up into pieces the part cut from hole to use as "dippers".
