Spinach dip
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- lemon juice
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- seasoned salt - 1/2 tsp
- green onions, chopped - 1/4 c
- fresh parsley, chopped - 1/2 c
- dill weed - 1/2 tsp
- few drops of Tabasco sauce - 1 item
How to make spinach dip:
Drain spinach, pressing against sides of sieve until all moisture is removed. Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate (covered) for 24 hours. Serve with corn chips, Melba rounds or tortilla chips. Or with fresh vegetables. Will keep 4 or 5 days and is delicious.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Appetizers, Dips.
