Spinach balls
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 6 item
- pepper - 1 tsp
- margarine, melted - 3/4 c
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained - 2 pkg
- seasoned bread stuffing - 1 pkg
How to make spinach balls:
Mix all ingredients together. Roll into small balls. Put on a cookie sheet and freeze. Put frozen balls in a plastic bag and store in freezer. To serve: Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes. Great to make ahead and bake as many as needed.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Cheese.
